BenchyStudio provides tools for 3D-print creators to publish models, operate storefronts, generate supporting assets, and process creator commerce.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By sharing content on BenchyStudio, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform as needed to operate the service.
Purchases made through BenchyStudio creator storefronts, product pages, or related commerce surfaces are subject to our payment processing terms. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings. Refund policies are determined by individual sellers unless otherwise specified.
You may not use BenchyStudio for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on others' intellectual property, to distribute malicious content, or to engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of the service.
BenchyStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
